The rooms are super spacious and squeaky clean, giving our group all the room to breathe! The heated indoor pool was a huge hit, and we enjoyed a lovely morning splash before breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home - truly, the friendliest team around!
do recommend ❤️❤️

The historical decor is impressive and really adds to the experience. Had issues with the AC not cooling properly, leading to an uncomfortable night. Staff was responsive, but maintenance took time. Excellent on-site restaurant for meals.

Delightful stay, delightful experience with excellent customer service and a fantastic breakfast served at the 1863 restaurant, even though it took some time due to busyness.
Loved every thing.

Beautiful historic decor throughout the hotel. Call for service took a long time and housekeeping didn't clean our room during our stay. Loved the spacious lobby and friendly staff. Remember, the restaurant's breakfast isn't included. Parking can be a hassle if busy.

The Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel & Conference Center offers impressively large rooms, adorned with historical charm and beautiful carpets. The friendly maintenance staff, especially Keith, enhances the experience. The lobby’s artistic atmosphere and the delicious breakfast make it a delightful choice, despite some minor issues.

The hotel's beauty is overshadowed by evident wear and tear. Walls bear the marks of poorly designed luggage carts, and unraveled carpets show neglect. Check-in was smooth, but breakfast vouchers were mishandled. Enjoyed the quiet location and friendly staff; however, maintenance needs attention. The room was clean but lacked proper housekeeping—no fresh towels without a request. Air conditioning placement is flawed, resulting in discomfort. The glaring issue? Bed bugs. The refund offered is insufficient for the trauma caused. This indicates a serious lapse in management. While there are positives, the critical health and maintenance issues cannot be ignored.

My recent stay was so disappointing. The pool was a total mess—loud guests with glass bottles, cigarette smoke everywhere, and it felt totally unsafe for families. I mean, who wants to see that when trying to relax?

The location is fantastic, close to battlefields and downtown. Rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfy beds. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast, but had a frustrating experience with the early cleanup on my last day. The indoor pool area was nice, but cleanliness was lacking; I encountered rowdy guests and a smoky atmosphere. One of the elevators was out, causing wait times, and I never got the fridge I requested. Staff were friendly, but management needs to tighten up operations and maintenance for a more pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a prime area, making it easy to stroll to nearby attractions such as the Gettysburg Museum of History, just over 3.5 km away, and East Cavalry Field, less than 2 km from the hotel, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the historical charm of Gettysburg; our experience was enhanced by the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of our room, which comfortably accommodated our group; while there were a few furniture issues and the breakfast had an unexpected charge, overall, I found the hotel to be a great spot for weekend wanderings.

When we checked into the Wyndham, we were pleasantly greeted by the staff and given a warm welcome drink. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day of exploring. there were a few areas that could be improved. The room temperature was quite high, and even with the thermostat set to 65 degrees, it was a challenge to cool down the room. This made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. The air conditioning seemed to be struggling, and despite bringing in extra units, the room remained uncomfortably warm. the breakfast situation was disappointing. While we were initially told about a buffet for $10 per person, it wasn't available during our stay due to staffing shortages. The food quality was lacking, and we ended up paying more than expected for a subpar meal. It left us feeling unsatisfied and wishing for a better dining experience. the Wyndham has the potential to be a great stay with its beautiful property and amenities.

I loved the stunning chandeliers and paintings that really capture the history of Gettysburg. The heated pool was awesome, and the staff were super nice. The location is perfect, especially with a movie theater close by. Just wish the shower closed better—water ended up everywhere. the cleanliness really needs some attention.

The property looks like a postcard with beautiful architecture. The indoor pool is spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The restaurant serves some seriously good food that made my taste buds dance.
I had to trek to the lobby for a microwave, which wasn't the cleanest.

The room was visually appealing and clean, but temperature control was a significant issue. We arrived to an 80°F room that only got hotter. Maintenance couldn’t assist, so I moved rooms the next day, but the new room lacked a fridge and was equally warm. Noise levels were typical; however, the fire alarm caused confusion, with staff offering little direction during the incident. My room had a broken toilet handle, and I noticed some bugs at night. Lastly, the absence of the patio where we enjoyed gatherings previously was disappointing.

Room was clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to get to. The pool area was relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff, especially Josh at Customer Relations, was very nice and helpful.
The air conditioning in the rooms was unreliable, leading to uncomfortably warm temperatures during the stay. Breakfast buffet was disappointing and not restocked promptly, not worth the price charged.

My friends and I had a blast watching the latest blockbuster movies at the Gateway Theater - the screens were MASSIVE! We also joined a super cool tour starting at the Farnsworth House Inn - so spooky! The Strategic Leadership Center was lit, teaching us epic battlefield lessons.
It'd be dope to have a sick nightclub or party spot nearby for us young peeps to chill and vibe after our daytime adventures.

Shopped like a star, dined at diverse spots, and caught a flick at the modern cinema. Explored timeless architecture and ate regional flavors at the Gateway. The hotel was a quaint haven near historic sites.
Didn't know I had signed up to star in a mystery movie with the smells and sights in the room.

The room was spacious, well-decorated, and comfy. The location was ideal, close to tourist attractions and stores. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
The plumbing had issues, with sink taps dripping and a shower flooding the bathroom floor due to inadequate design. Handicapped parking was limited, causing inconvenience for guests with accessibility needs.

wyndham gettysburg was simply the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! we were traveling cross country and booked this hotel online the day of our stay. it cost the least amount of money of all the hotels we stayed at and was the most beautiful, accommodating and quiet. a quick stay for us- we checked in around 10pm coming from ghost tour. easy to get to- parking was large and easy. room was clean, lots of extra towels, beds were comfortable. left hotel around 9am next day for another event.
Nothing everything was great 😊

the hotel was spotless and close to a nearby hampton inn. it was great having restaurants within walking distance. the staff went above and beyond - especially the cleaning lady who agreed to come back later.
Recommend.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The lobby was beautiful and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room on the sixth floor was immaculately clean and had a stunning view. The hotel's Civil War theme added an interesting touch, and the entire property was well-maintained.
The hotel lacked a mini-refrigerator in the room and a cafe in the morning for a quick breakfast. These small conveniences would have been a nice addition to our stay.
